Anton Schetilov is a co-founder of Kollektiv and serves as chief technology officer. Prior to forming Kollektiv Anton was involved in the technical development of the online auction website Avito.ru. Before that he led the website team at the Russian State Broadcasting Corporation.

He studied IT at the renowned Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (State Technical University). After graduation he honed his skills as a databank specialist during a brief stint with the military. After returning to civilian life he continued his IT career and acquired many years of experience programming websites and online shopping systems.
